One of our favorite snacks for in between meals or for breakfast is banana bread. Today we wrote you the recipe for it and hope you like it too!
INGREDIENTS FOR BREAD:
500g flour / 2 tbsp neutral oil / 4 bananas / 100g brown sugar / 2 eggs / 1 vanilla bean / 150ml milk / 3 tbsp baking powder / 1 tbsp maple syrup for glazing
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Mash three of the bananas into a must with a fork in a deep plate. Halve the fourth banana and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients with the banana must and place in a loaf pan. Place the halved banana on top. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.
