Shipping to: Germany:

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €35. For orders below this amount, shipping is €4.50.

The delivery time for shipping in Germany is 3 - 5 working days.

International shipping:

International shipping costs 5.80 euros.

Free international shipping for orders over 150 euros.

The delivery time for international shipping is 7 - 20 working days.

For customers from Switzerland: Please note that customs duties may be due, which often have to be paid immediately upon delivery of the package.

We make returns easier

We've discontinued the use of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email address .

You can easily register your return in the returns portal.

For shipments valued over €39.95, you will receive a DHL label here. €5.49 will be deducted from your refund.

For small shipments with a value of less than 39.95 or stationery up to A4

Our return policy

You can return items to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. After inspecting the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus €5.49 for return shipping if you created a label through our portal) according to your chosen payment method. Our delivery time to Germany is 3-5 days. Internationally, it takes 5-9 days.


3. How does a return work?

You can easily register your return online via our returns portal , without filling out any annoying forms. For shipments over €45 from Germany, you can also have a return label created.

4. Where are the jewelry pieces made?

All parts and materials used for this piece of jewelry come from certified manufacturers in Italy, England, Thailand and Germany.

This means, among other things:

We're happy to collaborate with other creative minds and also regularly rent out jewelry and accessories. However, we carefully select the people we work with, so you should already have a good portfolio.

We would be happy to make you a personal offer with a reseller discount, with a minimum purchase quantity of 400 euros net.

Care of 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry

Your silver jewelry is water-resistant. However, you should avoid contact with chemicals such as cleaning products or pool water. To prevent oxidation, store your jewelry in the included pouch. Should your jewelry ever tarnish, you can simply clean it with a soft toothbrush and some mild soap.

Your silver jewelry is high-quality gold-plated, but you should still avoid contact with water or chemicals such as cleaning products or perfume. To prevent oxidation, store your jewelry in the included pouch. This will ensure you can enjoy your jewelry for many years to come.
