You can easily register your return online via our returns portal , without filling out any annoying forms. For shipments over €45 from Germany, you can also have a return label created.
Our packaging is completely plastic-free . You will receive your jewelry in a small, A lovingly designed organic cotton pouch . This is placed in a cardboard box containing paper wool for padding. Care instructions are included with all pieces of jewelry. Additionally, you will receive a voucher or a free postcard or another gift with each of your orders.

Together as a mother-daughter duo, we founded Fleuriscoeur in 2013. We were tired of heavy, clunky jewelry that everyone has. Our dream jewelry has always been delicate with small, special elements. Our greatest source of inspiration is nature. We really enjoy going for walks together and are always finding new, beautiful details that we include in our collections.
SUSTAINABLE & FAIR MANUFACTURING
We source all our jewelry entirely from certified manufacturers. They are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council, a non-profit organization founded with the goal of monitoring ethical, social, and environmental practices throughout the entire supply chain. This means responsible supply chains and respect for human rights; the application of processes that ensure health, environmental protection, and safety; responsible mining; and the use of recycled materials. We work with small businesses based in Thailand, Italy, Germany, and England to create our jewelry. We complete and ship the pieces ourselves in our studio.
LOVING & PLASTIC-FREE PACKAGING
Of course, great jewelry needs beautiful packaging. You will receive your jewelry in an FSC-certified box. Inside you will find the jewelry protected by organic linen bags. You can use these perfectly to store your jewelry. In every order you will also find care instructions and a voucher, postcard or other small gift for you.
HIGH QUALITY JEWELRY MADE OF 925 STERLING SILVER & GOLD
All of our jewelry is made to the highest quality. Each piece is inspected before shipping. We use high-quality, certified 925 sterling silver for our silver jewelry. It is both durable and has a high material value. 925 sterling silver is made by combining 92.5% silver with other metals. Copper is most commonly used. The combination of the two metals makes sterling silver harder than pure silver. Caring for gold-plated jewelry: Your silver jewelry is high-quality gold-plated. However, you should not allow it to come into contact with water or chemicals, such as cleaning products or perfume. To prevent oxidation, store your jewelry in the included pouch.
